  • MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE THAT CAN TRANSPORT A 5FT LADDER
  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Window Cleaning Technician.
In this role, you'll travel to homes in the local area to clean interior and exterior windows, screens, frames, tracks, and sills, delivering a streak-free finish and a great customer experience on every visit. This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working independently or as part of a small crew.
Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior residential windows, tracks, sills, and screens using squeegees, scrapers, and cleaning solutions Set up and safely operate ladders Inspect windows for damage (cracks, broken seals) and report issues to customers/management Load, transport, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow safety protocols, especially when working at heights or near landscaping/fixtures Communicate professionally with homeowners before, during, and after service Complete job checklists and log completed work accurately Protect furniture, floors, and landscaping from water or overspray damage Arrive on time and manage a daily route of multiple appointments
Qualifications:
Prior window cleaning or house cleaning experience preferred but not required — training provided Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE THAT CAN TRANSPORT AN 8' LADDER
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift/carry equipment (ladders, buckets, poles) up to 40-50 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Benefits Competitive hourly pay + tips Paid training Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Friendly, supportive team environment
