This role is designed for individuals who have experience and leadership in the septic, side sewer, excavation, and residential construction fields. You will work under the direction and alongside experienced installers and operators while continuing to build practical field skills. Responsibilities Lay out and Install septic systems, including tanks and drain fields Support excavation work for foundations, utility trenches, and site preparation Operate hand tools and assist with construction equipment Measure and mark excavation areas Maintain clean and organized job sites Assist with septic system repairs and maintenance Follow direction from managers and communicate with team members Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and digging Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Class A CDL, with Tanker Endorsement Ability to obtain or transfer Installer Certification within 90 days of hire This position is intended for individuals who are possess current skills and certifications in septic installation and residential site work.
