Position Overview As a Gutter Installer , you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing residential and light commercial gutter systems while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate understands gutter layout, drainage, pitch, downspout placement, fascia conditions, roof-edge details, and basic roofing repair practices. Key Responsibilities Install seamless and sectional gutter systems Remove and dispose of existing gutters and downspouts Measure, cut, assemble, and install gutters accurately Install and replace downspouts, elbows, outlets, hangers, and related components Ensure proper gutter pitch and drainage Inspect fascia and roof edges before installation Perform minor fascia, flashing, and roof-edge repairs as needed Identify roofing or water-intrusion issues that may affect gutter performance Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated areas Protect customer property during installation Maintain clean and organized job sites Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, and customers Perform quality checks before completing each project Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of gutter installation experience Knowledge of residential roofing systems and basic roof repair Experience working with fascia, flashing, and roof-edge components Ability to measure and install gutter systems accurately Comfortable working at heights and using ladders Ability to work safely on steep or elevated areas Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift and carry gutter materials and equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ideal Candidate You are someone who: ✅ Has at least 3 years of gutter installation experience ✅ Understands roofing and exterior repair work ✅ Shows up on time and ready to work ✅ Takes pride in clean, professional installations ✅ Understands proper drainage and water management ✅ Doesn't cut corners ✅ Works well independently and with a crew ✅ Communicates clearly with supervisors and customers ✅ Wants to grow with a company long-term We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that proper gutter installation plays an important role in protecting a customer's roof, siding, foundation, and home.
