Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, durability, and weather-resistance of roofs while adhering to strict safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality roofing projects that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace different types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and stucco finishes. Safely operate hand tools and power tools such as nail guns, drills, saws, and caulking guns to complete roofing tasks efficiently. Use ladders and construction safety harnesses properly while working at heights to ensure personal safety and compliance with workplace safety regulations. Conduct roof inspections to identify issues related to leaks, damage, or deterioration; perform necessary repairs or replacements accordingly. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocols during every phase of work to prevent accidents and injuries. Requirements Knowledge of roofing repair techniques and installation methods for various materials including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions. Experience using hand tools and power tools essential for roofing work. Understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations. Prior outdoor work experience with a strong emphasis on safety protocol adherence. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per weekBenefits:
