Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of playground designs. This is not mandatory but looking to hire someone with basic understanding who would be interested in advancing to leadership position. Operate heavy equipment safely to prepare sites, including excavation, grading, and foundation work. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble playground components such as framing, decking, fencing, and surfacing materials. Install various elements such as swings, climbers, slides, surfacing and shades etc. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Manage on-site tasks such as layouts, truck delivery, concrete forming and finishing, lay outs, maintaing jobsite cleaniness Perform restoration work on existing structures or landscapes as needed to ensure longevity and safety of playgrounds. Collaborate with team members on plumbing, electrical wiring (including schematics), caulking, painting, and other finishing touches to complete projects efficiently. Operate heavy machinery responsibly for site preparation or material transportation while maintaining safety protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress using Bluebeam or similar digital tools for project tracking. Experience Proven experience in construction management or related fields with a focus on outdoor or recreational projects. However, this is NOT mandatory and willing to train the right candidate Hands-on experience with construction site operations and experience working outdoors. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for diverse building tasks such as fabrication and installation. Experience operating heavy equipment safely within construction sites. Background in construction inspection ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks. Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
