All positions are paid, and you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in siding installation, roofing, and general construction. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of various siding materials, including vinyl, fiber cement, and metal siding, following detailed construction plans and blueprints Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and secure siding components Set up ladders and scaffolding while adhering to ladder use safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment Support roofing repair projects and metal roofing installations when required Follow all construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses and personal protective equipment (PPE) Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to accurately execute siding layouts and measurements Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper ergonomic practices Requirements Prior construction experience or a strong interest in learning the trade with hands-on handyman or remodeling background preferred Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and the ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans Experience with roofing repair, single-ply membrane roofing, masonry, stucco, or concrete forming is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely; experience with metal stud framing is advantageous Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of outdoor activity

Pay :

if your are eager to learn the trade and don't have any experience I can teach you, starting pay is 20$ an hour 1099 position. if you have to potential to stick around and learn I will even help you get your own crew or business up and running. If you have experience already we can do a tryout for couple days and determine the pay based on your skills. In the past many people that have worked with me ended up opening their own company and are on their own. So you could be next and if you want to just continue working within the company and grow that's also an option because I have big plans.
