Duties :

Work on commercial and residential roofing projects Safely and effectively clean and prepare roofs Apply fluid-applied coatings according to specifications Use basic hand tools and equipment efficiently Follow safety protocols and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Qualifications & Skills:

Roofing experience (1 yr min) Comfortable working at heights and on various roof surfaces Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Experience using hand tools and basic roofing equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team and individually
