Journeyman Commercial Roofer A well-established and financially stable commercial roofing contractor in Vancouver, Washington is actively hiring an experienced Journeyman Commercial Roofer to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled Journeyman Commercial Roofer who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork. As a Journeyman Commercial Roofer , you will work on a variety of commercial roofing systems and projects, including installation, repair, and maintenance of flat and low-slope commercial roofs. Journeyman Commercial Roofer Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR Perform tear-offs, roof repairs, and new roof installations on commercial buildings Safely work at heights and in all weather conditions Lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 80 lbs Operate tools and equipment related to commercial roofing Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when needed Journeyman Commercial Roofer Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Journeyman-level commercial roofing experience required Experience with single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR) Valid driver's license Drug-free workplace compliance Strong work ethic; self-starter and highly motivated Not afraid of heights and able to work in adverse weather conditions Ability to learn quickly and follow direction Strong teamwork and communication skills Forklift, Manlift, OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred Applicants who do not meet the above requirements should not apply.
