Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate commercial roofing projects on-site Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily production Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Conduct job site inspections and maintain quality control Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Communicate with project managers, customers, and field personnel Complete daily reports and project documentation Troubleshoot job site issues and maintain workflow efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing experience Previous superintendent or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems Ability to manage multiple crews and projects Excellent leadership and organizational skills OSHA knowledge and commitment to workplace safety Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle Health insurance Advancement opportunities within a growing company
