Duties Measure, cut, and assemble metal roofing panels using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and finish Install metal roofing materials on residential and commercial structures according to blueprints and manufacturer specifications Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, framing, or repairing existing structures to create a solid foundation for installation Use scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to work safely at heights on various types of roofs Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation steps efficiently and maintain a clean work site Read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow detailed installation plans and specifications Requirements Proven experience in roofing installation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe work environment Applicant does not need metal roofing experience but must have a good work ethic and be reliable. Training will be provided. We install mostly standing seam metal and have fun doing it. We are a small family-owned company that takes care of our employees. Applicant must have transportation to our shop in Abrams or current job site, whichever is closer. A valid driver's license is required.
