In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the safety, durability, and longevity of our clients' buildings. Duties Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and roofing plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, patching, and applying necessary materials for optimal adhesion Operate heavy machinery and perform heavy lifting to handle roofing materials safely and efficiently Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks on construction sites and meet project deadlines Assist in the fabrication and customization of roofing components as needed for specific projects Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment related to roofing and construction Knowledge of various roofing materials including metal, membrane, asphalt, and built-up systems Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Skilled in caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, welding, tile laying, and plumbing as relevant to roofing projects Experience with restoration work, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), remodeling, concrete forming, drywall installation, handyman tasks, and schematics comprehension Join our team if you're ready to bring your expertise in commercial roofing to a company that values quality craftsmanship and safety.
