Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we offer training and opportunities to advance your skills. What You'll Do Apply caulking, sealants, and waterproofing systems on commercial buildings. Perform recaukling and sealing to protect structures from the elements. Use a variety of tools and equipment, including caulking guns, lifts, and pressure washers. Travel to job sites in company vehicles. Ensure job site safety, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle. Collaborate with a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic: dependable, trustworthy, and committed to excellence. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights). Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required). Construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
