Siding Installer

Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl and metal panels with precision and attention to detail Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, or framing as needed to ensure proper siding adhesion and longevity Use hand tools such as hammers, chisels, levels, and caulking guns to complete installations efficiently Operate power tools including drills, saws, and pneumatic nailers safely and effectively on construction sites Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications and ensure correct placement of siding components Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks on-site, maintaining a safe and organized work environment Assist with other construction-related tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, or masonry work when necessary to support project completion Qualifications Prior experience in construction or siding installation preferred; familiarity with roofing, framing, or restoration work is a plus Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in siding installation and general construction Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of construction processes and building codes related to exterior cladding systems Experience with related trades such as caulking, tile laying, metal stud framing, plumbing or masonry is advantageous Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality workmanship from start to finish We are committed to fostering a safe work environment while empowering our team members to grow their skills.
