We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our crew. We're a laid-back, close-knit company that takes pride in doing quality work without the corporate atmosphere. We're looking for someone who works hard, gets along well with the crew, and can be counted on. No waterproofing experience is required — we're willing to train the right person . Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, concrete, excavation, drainage, foundations, landscaping, or another skilled trade is a plus and may qualify you for higher starting pay. Pay & Schedule $26-$37 per hour, depending on experience Paid weekly Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Typical schedule: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Hours may vary depending on the job Most projects are in Madison and the surrounding area Occasional out-of-town travel, typically a few times per month Some out-of-town projects may require overnight stays What You'll Be Doing Our projects vary from job to job and may include: Basement and foundation waterproofing Interior and exterior drainage systems Foundation crack repair and sealing Sump pump and drainage installation Excavation and exterior foundation work Concrete removal and replacement Installing waterproofing membranes and materials Operating hand and power tools Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials Driving company vehicles, including pickup/work trucks and dump trucks Towing enclosed trailers, air compressors, and other jobsite equipment Safely maneuvering and backing trucks and trailers Jobsite setup and cleanup Working with the crew to complete projects safely and efficiently If you don't have waterproofing experience, we'll teach you how we do the work.
