Icontrax LLC is hiring entry-level Roofers to assist with commercial and residential roofing projects. This is a great opportunity to learn the roofing trade across multiple systems including homes, apartment buildings, and commercial properties. Duties Assist with installation and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems Perform tear-offs and material removal (shingles, membranes, etc.) Carry and stage materials (shingles, insulation, tools) Assist with flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen) and shingle roofs Maintain clean, safe job sites Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Willingness to learn both residential and commercial roofing Transportation preferred Required Skills Ability to use basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, utility knife) Basic understanding of job site safety practices Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Willingness to learn roofing systems (commercial & residential) Preferred (Not Required) Skills Experience with power tools (drills, nail guns) OSHA 10 certification Basic construction knowledge What We Offer Hands-on training across multiple roofing systems Fast growth opportunities Consistent work Pay increases based on performance Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship in the construction industry!
