Job Overview Kenowski Painting Services is a growing residential and commercial painting company based in Oshkosh, WI. We're looking to add one full-time painter to our crew. Professional painting experience is strongly preferred, but it is not required. We're also willing to train the right person from the ground up. If you don't have painting experience, we're looking for someone who works hard, shows up every day, takes pride in their work, and genuinely wants to learn a skilled trade. If you are an experienced painter, we're looking for someone who can step into an established crew and contribute right away. Starting pay will depend heavily on your actual experience and ability. What You'll Be Doing Our work is a mix of residential and commercial painting throughout Oshkosh, the Fox Valley, and surrounding areas.

Work includes:

Interior and exterior painting Brush, roll, and spray applications Surface preparation, patching, sanding, and caulking Residential repaints and remodels Commercial projects ranging from smaller renovations to larger construction projects Most employees report directly to the job site each day. Our typical schedule is approximately 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday through Friday , although start/end times can vary by project. Occasional night or weekend work is required, and some projects may require travel outside our normal area. What We're Looking For Dependable and able to show up on time every day Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to work well as part of a crew Attention to detail and pride in your work Comfortable working from ladders and performing the physical duties of the trade Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Reliable cell phone Willingness to travel to different job sites, generally within about an hour of Oshkosh Professional painting experience is a major plus, but not required for the right person Pay & Employment $20-$30/hour , depending on experience and ability Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Biweekly pay by direct deposit Paid holidays 401(k) plan Tools provided On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement We're looking for someone who wants a steady job with a professional painting company and can become a long-term part of a strong crew.
