$20/hour About the Role Badgerland Exteriors & Solar is looking for a dependable, hands-on Project Runner to support our production team and help keep job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role travels between active and recently completed job sites to perform job site cleanups, deliver and return materials, and support Project Managers throughout the day. Attention to detail matters. A thorough final sweep and a clean property are an important part of how we leave every project. The right person is reliable, communicates well, takes pride in a job done thoroughly, and is comfortable working independently and adjusting as priorities change throughout the day. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleanups at roofing, siding, gutter, and downspout job sites Use roller and handheld magnetic sweepers to remove nails, screws, metal, and other job-related debris from lawns, driveways, sidewalks, and surrounding areas Collect leftover materials and debris, leaving customer properties clean and presentable Take comprehensive job site photos in CompanyCam and report concerns or remaining issues to the Production Manager Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to Project Managers and crews as needed Collect, organized, and return unused materials to ABC Supply or other suppliers as directed Communicate promptly with Project Managers and the Production Manager about completed cleanups, deliveries, returns, delays, or job site concerns Safely operate and maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and cleanup equipment Properly secure materials and equipment during transportation Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements Assist the production team with additional project support as needed Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities independently Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail, especially when completing final job site cleanups Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and maintain an 85% or higher Federated DriveSAFE score Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Ability to walk, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in varying Wisconsin weather conditions Construction, roofing, delivery, or material-handling experience is helpful but not required

Job sites are thoroughly swept, debris is removed, and customer properties are left in great condition.
Dependability:
Project Managers and crews can count on materials and support being where they need, when they need it.
Communication:
The production team stays informed about job site conditions, deliveries, returns, and anything that needs attention.
Professionalism:
Customer properties, company vehicles, equipment, and supplier interactions are treated with care.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
