▶ Apply Roofing Laborer Stevens Point, Wisconsin
  • Posted on June 2, 2026 Published By Lori Melgaard Trillium Construction is seeking Roofing Laborers near Stevens Point, WI. Key Responsibilities
  • installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing (BUR);
  • installing insulation boards, cover boards, and tapered insulation systems; performing hot-applied, cold-applied, and mechanically fastened membrane installations;
  • installing and sealing roof penetrations including pipes, curbs, HVAC equipment, drains, and skylights;
  • applying flashing and counterflashing at walls, parapets, and transitions;
  • performing tear-off of existing roofing systems and proper disposal of materials; inspecting roof substrates and decking for damage prior to installation;
  • installing sheet metal components including coping, gravel stops, edge metal, and gutters;
  • operating roofing equipment including kettles, torches, hot-air welders, and membrane rollers;
  • working safely at heights and on low-slope commercial roofs in compliance with OSHA fall protection requirements;
  • following manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements for all roofing systems installed;
  • coordinating with GC and other trades for sequencing and jobsite access;
  • maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to all site-specific safety requirements.
