This energetic role involves working outdoors on residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient, high-quality gutter solutions that protect structures from water damage. As a Gutter Installer, you will utilize your construction skills, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver exceptional results that leave customers satisfied and confident in their investment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craftsmanship while contributing to the safety and longevity of buildings. Responsibilities Meet on site with the crew and help set up for the job Measure, cut, and assemble gutter components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to meet project specifications. Install/remove/repair/cleaning gutters, gutter-guards, downspouts, brackets, and related accessories on various types of roofs and building exteriors. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation plans from work orders. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as gutters, ladders, coils or any other construction materials needed safely and efficiently. Seal joints with caulking or other sealants to ensure leak-proof performance. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris at the job site while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements No Experience Needed 18 years or older Able to Drive, to get to site located in South Eastern Wisconsin Team Player Well-behaved and Disciplined Able to move and set extension ladders and work two stories high, on them We are looking for employees to join our team, to be on our payroll and get the job done!
