Metal Roof Installer - ProSnap Metal Roofing + Gutter Install Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled, experienced crews to complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
Complete tear-off and disposal of existing roofing (~35.2 squares) Inspect full deck after tear-off; photograph and flag any soft, rotted, or damaged sheathing for approval before replacement Install ice-and-water shield at all eaves, ridges, and valleys Install synthetic underlayment, new drip edge, and gable/rake trim Install Designer Premium Pro-Snap® 16" steel panel roofing, Matte Knight's Armor, 28-gauge, per manufacturer spec Install full ridge cap and valley flashing to match Install new 5" K-style aluminum gutters (white) — includes 7 downspouts, end caps, hangers, and corners per plan Full debris removal, haul-off, and magnetic nail sweep of the work area, driveway, and surrounding ground

REQUIREMENTS
Metal roofing installation experience required (Pro-Snap or comparable snap-lock panel systems preferred) Gutter installation experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Comfortable communicating professionally with homeowner if any questions arise on-site Take before, during, and after photos, including any decking damage found before replacement
PAY:
$6000 Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period. Do great work and there's more where this came from. We reward reliable, quality crews with repeat projects nationwide.
