Job Description

Overview Ironclad Installations is a growing modular building contractor serving Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Northern Colorado . We install, refurbish, level, anchor, and service modular buildings for commercial and residential clients across the mountain and plains region. We are expanding and looking for a reliable, motivated individual who can grow into a foreman role. This is a leadership-track position. You do not need modular experience — we will train you. You do need construction experience, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. What You'll Do Assist with modular building installs, refurbs, tie-downs, leveling, and punch lists Learn modular installation processes and safety standards Lead small crews once trained Communicate with the owner and follow job plans Maintain pace, quality, and safety on job sites Handle service calls when needed Represent Ironclad professionally with clients and site managers What We're Looking For Strong construction or trades background Ability to lead others (or desire to grow into leadership) Reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors Good communication skills Drug-free and dependable Willingness to learn modular installation techniques Respectful, honest, and consistent work ethic Modular experience is a bonus , but not required.
