Job Summary Join our team as a Home Exterior Remodeler, where you will play a vital role in transforming and enhancing the outside of residential properties. This position involves executing exterior remodeling projects with precision, safety, and craftsmanship. You will work on diverse tasks such as siding installation, seamless gutters,roofs and repairs, windows, decks, fences and exterior finishing, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and durability. Responsibilities Install various exterior finishes including siding, gutters, windows, metal roofing, roofing, and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks such as framing, caulking, trim carpentry and fabrication. Conduct roofing repairs and metal roofing installations while adhering strictly to safety protocols and construction safety harnesses. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while following proper lifting techniques to prevent injury. Ensure all work complies with construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence standards. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by managing construction site safety regulations and ensuring proper disposal of debris. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on exterior remodeling or related fields such as siding, window /doors and roofing installation. Knowledge of roofing repair techniques including single-ply membrane roofing and metal roofing systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders (ladder use), and heavy equipment safely. Familiarity with construction safety harnesses and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations at all times. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or climbing ladders.
