Job Description
About the Position We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Exterior Services Technician to join our team. This position involves repairing and installing residential and commercial exterior systems, including roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit . The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship and works safely at heights. Responsibilities Install and repair roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. Install and replace gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. Install and repair vinyl, metal, and wood siding. Perform exterior inspections and identify damage or needed repairs. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. Assist with other restoration and construction projects as needed. Qualifications Experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or general construction preferred. Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds with assistance. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
