Top Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sheet metal fabrication and installation experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including shears, brakes, punches, and welding equipment Valid certification in sheet metal fabrication or welding preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction industry standards, and safety protocols Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced construction environment Skilled in operating lifts and heavy machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
