High SchoolResponsibilities Operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses, table saws, tube benders, sheet metal cutters, and other fabrication equipment. Program and operate Prototrak CNC Lathe and Bridgeport equipment. Fabricate parts and assemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications. Perform machining, welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations. Support maintenance and production departments with custom fabrication projects and equipment repairs. Complete assigned projects within established timelines. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow all Occupational Safety and Health policies and procedures. Report safety concerns and equipment deficiencies to supervision. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of fabrication, machining, CNC programming, and manufacturing experience. Prototrak CNC Lathe 3-Axis training required. Extensive knowledge of CNC Lathe Prototrak and Bridgeport equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ability to create basic hand drawings and perform fabrication-related calculations. Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
