Proman Skilled Trades is seeking reliable Sheet Metal Top Helpers to assist with the installation of HVAC sheet metal duct systems at Tyndall Air Force Base. This role supports experienced mechanics on a federal government project and is ideal for candidates looking to grow in the skilled trades.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with installation of HVAC sheet metal ductworkMeasure, cut, and help assemble duct systemsHold and position ductwork during installationUse basic hand and power tools (drills, snips, screw guns)Transport materials and maintain organized work areasFollow all job site safety and military base regulationsTake direction from lead mechanics and supervisorsQualifications:
Construction or mechanical experience preferred (not required)Ability to use basic tools and read a tape measureStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAble to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environmentDependable and punctual (early morning start)Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal government contract requirements for work on TyndallAFB.MUST
pass background check and obtain badge for base accessWork Environment:
