Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30

Contract Job Summary:
Proman Skilled Trades is currently hiring a dependable Sheet Metal Helper to support the installation and fabrication of HVAC sheet metal duct systems on a federal government contract in Titusville, FL. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the skilled trades while working in a secure job site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics with installation of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems Measure, cut, and help assemble duct components Hold and position materials during installation Use basic hand and power tools (drills, snips, screw guns) Load, unload, and transport materials to work areas Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Qualifications:
Previous construction experience preferred, but not required Ability to read a tape measure is a plus Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal government contract requirements Must be able to pass a background check and obtain site badging Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift Reliable transportation to the job site
Work Environment:
Active construction site on a secured facility Indoor and outdoor work conditions Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures Must follow strict safety and security protocols
