We are looking for motivated individuals interested in learning a skilled trade and growing into long-term shop or mechanical roles through hands-on training and real-world experience. No prior fabrication experience required — we will train the right candidate. Position Overview The Shop Helper / Fabrication Trainee supports daily shop operations while learning fabrication techniques used in sheet metal manufacturing. This role provides a pathway from entry-level helper to experienced shop mechanic through on-the-job training and skill development.
