• Perform layout, fabrication, repair, modification, and installation of aircraft sheet metal components to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.
• Use technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA-approved data to ensure structural work meets quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with other maintenance teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment while using hand tools and powered equipment, including brakes, shears, drill presses, rivet guns, grinders, and sanding tools. Requirements Job Details

Up to $34.00/hour, $5.00 shift differential applies Education & Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of modification and fabrication experience on General Aviation/Corporate Jet Aircraft.
• Experience with aircraft sheetmetal fabrication, installation, and repair.
• Proficiency with aircraft structural tools and measuring instruments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.
• A passing sheetmetal plate test is required prior to starting. Preferred Skills
• Airframe License or equivalent aerospace technical credentials. Job Duties & Functions
• Read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, blueprints, and engineered drawings to complete assigned work accurately
• Lay out patterns and templates for sheet metal parts and assemblies
• Fabricate, trim, form, assemble, and install sheet metal components and structures on aircraft airframes
• Perform structural repairs, replacements, and modifications as directed
• Use hand tools and powered equipment in accordance with safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Accurately document completed work, materials used, and maintain records per regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to facilitate efficient aircraft turnaround Physical Requirements & Environment
