• Report directly to the Foreman each day for work assignments, blue prints and project updates.
• Read and interpret construction drawings / Blueprints, specifications, and project details.
• Work closely with the Foreman, team members or independently to complete installations accurately based on the blue prints.
• Install hangers, ductwork, and HVAC equipment.
• Install prefabricated sheet metal components and equipment and fab on site any alignments needed.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman/team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered.

• 3-5 years of sheet metal mechanic experience.
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation details.
• Experience installing ductwork, hangers, and prefabricated HVAC equipment.
• Strong work ethic with a "go-getter" attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing job site conditions.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.
• Aerial, Scissor and Boom Lift certifications preferred
• EPA preferred
