- Report directly to the Foreman each day for work assignments, blue prints and project updates.
- Read and interpret construction drawings / Blueprints, specifications, and project details.
- Work closely with the Foreman, team members or independently to complete installations accurately based on the blue prints.
- Install hangers, ductwork, and HVAC equipment.
- Install prefabricated sheet metal components and equipment and fab on site any alignments needed.
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman/team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
Pay:
Up to $38Schedule:
Mon - Fri, 40h+ / week Apply now! Qualifications- 3-5 years of sheet metal mechanic experience.
- OSHA 10 certification
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and installation details.
- Experience installing ductwork, hangers, and prefabricated HVAC equipment.
- Strong work ethic with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing job site conditions.
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and meeting project deadlines.
- Aerial, Scissor and Boom Lift certifications preferred
- EPA preferred
