Schools Universities Healthcare Facilities Sheet Metal Foreman:

$35-45/hr The Sheet Metal Foreman leads commercial HVAC installation projects while promoting safety, quality, and productivity on the job site.

Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC/sheet metal crews on commercial projects Plan and coordinate installations Promote and uphold safety standards Manage multiple tasks and job site priorities Train and mentor team members Read and interpret construction drawings

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of HVAC leadership experience Journeyman or Master card preferred Bluebeam and Procore experience a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license required

Sheet Metal Mechanic:

$25-35/hr The HVAC Mechanic assists with commercial HVAC system installations and supports job site crews with quality workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems and ductwork Set and connect HVAC equipment Read construction drawings Support and mentor helpers/apprentices Complete projects safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Vocational training preferred Commercial HVAC experience preferred Strong work ethic and communication skills Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
