Job Title:
Sheet Metal Forming Fabricator Job Description Join a world-class leader in designing, building, and manufacturing aerospace structures, systems, and components. As a Sheet Metal Forming Fabricator, you will be an integral part of the production team, supporting the assembly of parts, operating machinery, and executing tasks such as bending, punching, hand forming, deburring, or sawing metal products. This entry-level position welcomes candidates with various backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within the aerospace industry. Your commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement will support the company's mission and policies. Responsibilities Assemble parts and operate machinery as instructed. Bend, punch, hand form, deburr, and saw metal products. Support the production team in achieving on-time delivery and quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a respectful work environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Three to six months related experience or equivalent education and experience. Understanding of process flows, lead times, and lean principles in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safe lifting techniques. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, organized manufacturing shop that specializes in steel and sheet metal parts for aerospace applications. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
