Milwaukee, WI Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description Job requires the applicant to run metal forming machines such as press brakes, rolls, drill presses, radial arm drill presses, shears, metal saws, as well as the ability to operate a plasma cutter. A strong organizational skill set with the ability to read measuring equipment such as rulers, micrometers, and angle finders is required. Prior operation of press brakes and the set up and storage of programs is a plus. Job requires the ability to read and interpret blue prints as well as the ability to perform basic math. Layout and fabricate plate steel, sheet metal and structural steel. Experience with the proper use of overhead cranes is required. Position can require some heavy lifting, in excess of 75 lbs. Other duties as assigned. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.

Run metal forming machines such as press brakes, rolls, drill presses, radial arm drill presses, shears, metal saws, as well as the ability to operate a plasma cutter. Ability to read and interpret blue prints as well as the ability to perform basic math. Layout and fabricate plate steel, sheet metal and structural steel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must possess the ability to work independently from assembly drawings and specifications. Experience with the proper use of overhead cranes is required. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices. Work can entail heavy lifting up to 50lbs. and pushing pulling up to 80lbs.
