Full Time Paid training, local work, and excellent benefits. Our Residential Solar Division is growing rapidly, with projects scheduled through the year. We are seeking hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork. If you have experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, or electrical work, you may be a great fit for our team. Responsibilities Assemble solar racking systems and solar arrays according to specifications Install grounding systems, DC wiring, and solar module connections Read and interpret plans, layouts, and wiring diagrams Perform solar panel installation and equipment assembly Maintain clean and organized job sites Perform system testing and troubleshooting Safely use power tools including drills, impacts, bandsaws, grinders, and saws Work effectively as part of a team Benefits PPO medical plan options, including low-cost employee plans Company-paid basic life insurance Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Weekly pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Requirements Comfortable working on rooftops and climbing ladders Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly Able to stand, kneel, bend, push, and pull for extended periods Basic hand and power tools required (company assistance available if needed) Valid and clean driving record to operate company vehicles and travel to job sites Reliable transportation to and from job sites Must be at least 20 years old due to insurance and OSHA requirements Background check and drug screening required (excluding THC) Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify Schedule & Travel Work schedules may vary depending on project needs: 5 days x 8 hours 4 days x 10 hours Occasional overtime and overnight travel may be required with advance notice.
