Solar Lead Installer Solar Flare Inc Coachella, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Safety protocol adherence Outdoor work In-person customer service Attention to detail Customer engagement Roof-mounted solar energy systems Leading team collaboration initiatives Crew management Project leadership Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Lead Installer to join our team for residential solar installations in the Coachella Valley. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Lead and participate in the installation of residential solar systems Install solar inverters (experience is a plus) Install battery storage systems (experience is a plus) Assemble all components of residential solar systems Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code Maintain a clean and organized job site Work closely with crew members and provide direction when needed Deliver professional and respectful customer interactions Requirements Ability to take direction and also lead small teams when required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain regular attendance Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment Must be able to work in extreme environments (heat, cold, rain, confined spaces, etc.) Physically able to: Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials Frequently lift up to 50 lbs Work on rooftops, climb ladders and stairs Stand and work on your feet for long periods Customer Service & Work Ethic Positive, professional attitude with homeowners and team members Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and safety-focused Preferred Experience Previous experience in solar installation Experience with solar inverters and/or battery systems is a bonus

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
