Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Installer - Roof Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the installation of solar energy systems on residential and commercial rooftops, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency. As a Roof Lead, you will oversee installation crews, interpret technical plans, and coordinate project tasks to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Duties Effectively work in a team to install and seal roof attachments, equipment racking supports, and solar panels Follow checklist with detail and accuracy for job site

Perform all construction tasks per manufacturer's installation guidelines Electrical wiring of solar array/system (DC and AC) in addition to installing raceways around residential applications include roofs, attics, walls Perform site survey activities with a team and independently Review job installation plan with Crew Lead Assist in tracking inventory for each project Prepare, load, and organize installation vehicles Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety Maintain and clean up the job site Install roof-mounted solar systems Assemble the racking and solar array Assemble equipment and properly seal all roof penetrations Skills 3+ years relative experience High school diploma or trade school degree related to construction or building sciences Basic knowledge of residential rooftop systems Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written communications Must possess a valid driver's license in the state where the work is to be performed Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and driving Must maintain a clean driving record (Background Check Performed) Join us to lead innovative solar projects that make a difference!
