For us, what we do is a fraction of importance in relation to how we do it.

we never send a team to a job site if they don't have the specific credentials to work on that equipment. We do things safely, efficiently, and the right way, every time. Hence, our slogan: Certified... because it matters.
The Role:
Solar Service Technician We are looking for a powerhouse Roof Lead with servicing experience to help us continue to grow our business. You are someone who takes great pride in your craftsmanship, loves to learn, and brings a can-do attitude to the job site. You will be responsible for leading by example on the roof, ensuring flawless layout, racking, module installation, and wire management, all while maintaining open lines of communication with the ground team and management. You will also be able to independently complete system inspections for purposes of identifying why a system may be performing sub-optimally. For example, you can restore communications, you can test voltages, you can replace a blown fuse if needed, and you can replace parts (inverters, microinverters, optimizers, gateways, envoys, etc.) The ideal candidate will also possess certifications with SolarEdge and Enphase at a minimum. If you do not, we are willing to work with you on obtaining these, but demonstrating a depth of knowledge and experience will be a pre-requisite.
Key Qualifications Experience:
Solid, proven residential solar installation experience is required (previous leadership experience on the roof is a huge plus). Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and repair issues also a must.
Certifications:
Must have, or be ready to quickly obtain, manufacturer certifications with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla , and other leading manufacturers to indicate your depth of experience.
License & Record:
Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Verification:
Be able to provide professional referrals who can vouch for your work ethic, communication and professionalism. Portfolio (Highly Preferred): Photos of your past installations, racking layout, or flashing work to showcase your attention to detail.
