Now entering its third season, Haws Holiday Lighting serves families, communities, and commercial properties with reliable service and premium lighting products. The team focuses on creating warm, festive atmospheres and enhancing curb appeal through eye-catching designs that last all season. Applicants can expect to join a growing company committed to quality, safety, and exceptional customer experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Christmas Light Installer role based in Palm Beach County. The installer will assist with loading and unloading materials, preparing equipment, and traveling to client locations throughout South Florida. Day-to-day tasks include installing holiday lights and décor on roofs, trees, landscaping, and building exteriors, following design plans and safety protocols. The role involves using ladders and basic tools, securing electrical connections, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring all displays are safe, neat, and weather-resistant. The installer will also help with mid-season service calls, post-holiday takedown, inventory organization, and support clear, professional communication with clients and team members. Qualifications Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and basic tools; strong attention to safety procedures and physical stamina for outdoor, hands-on work. Basic understanding of lighting and electrical connections (plug-in holiday lights, extension cords, timers) and willingness to learn proper installation methods. Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills; professional, customer-focused attitude when interacting with clients on-site. Organizational skills for managing materials, equipment, and job sites; ability to follow design plans and instructions accurately. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Boca Raton, FL; availability to work extended hours and weekends during peak holiday season. Previous experience in construction, landscaping, event setup, or similar outdoor installation work is preferred but not required.
