Job Description

Up to $2.00 Redline + Overrides + Fast Installs Nova Structa is hiring experienced Solar Closers and Team Leaders in Florida. This opportunity is for proven producers who already know how to run homeowner appointments, close clean deals, and want a faster, better-supported operation.
Compensation & Benefits Redline:
Up to $2.00 for proven producers
Overrides:
Available for qualified
Team Leaders Upfront Pay:
$1,000 paid after Site Survey approval
Backend Pay:
Remaining commission paid at install
Fast Install Process:
Site Survey to install scheduling target of 19 days or less
Speed Bonus:
Eligible deals may qualify for an extra $1,000 if the 19-day standard is missed
Low FICO Options:
Financing options available starting around 600 credit
Domestic Content:
Qcells panels and micro-inverters available with no adder

$120,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
