RevoluSun has installed more than 8,000 solar systems over the past ten years, and we are looking for an experienced Lead Solar Installer to join our team. Responsibilities The Lead Solar Installer is responsible for overseeing residential solar photovoltaic (PV) installations from start to finish. In addition to the skills and experience outlined below, we're looking for someone who is passionate about the solar industry, values teamwork, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Your typical day as a Lead Solar Installer will include: Leading a crew in the safe and efficient installation of PV systems Preparing homes for panel installation by installing roof railings and standoffs Mounting solar panels and properly flashing all roof penetrations Performing or overseeing electrical work including wiring, conduit bending, and inverter setup Conducting final quality checks and ensuring compliance with design plans and safety standards Coordinating with project managers and electricians to complete projects on schedule Why You'll Love Working at RevoluSun Competitive pay with growth opportunities Fun, dynamic work environment Comprehensive benefits including medical coverage and paid time off Continuous training and career development Be part of Hawaii's top solar company and make a real impact for a cleaner future Who We're Looking For To be considered for our Lead Solar Installer position, you must: Have 3+ years of solar or roofing/construction experience Have 1+ year of crew lead or supervisory experience Be able to climb ladders and work on roofs for 4-6 hours a day Be familiar with conduit bending and basic electrical work Have a valid HI Driver's License Pass a motor vehicle report (no DUIs in the last 7 years), background check, and drug test

Preferred:

Experience with battery storage systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, etc.) NABCEP certification or

OSHA 10/30
