Millwork / Carpentry / Interiors (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Government or Federal) The Opportunity You will join one of the top 25 ceiling contractors in the nation, delivering high-profile interior solutions across residential, commercial, and government sectors. This role offers the chance to apply elite craftsmanship to intricate specialty installs, including architectural wood and acoustical treatments. You will work within a family-oriented environment that prioritizes quality results and long-term professional growth in the interior finishes industry. How You Will Make an Impact Execute high-quality installation of ceiling grid systems and acoustical treatments on diverse, large-scale builds. Interpret complex project blueprints and architectural specifications to ensure precise layout and structural integrity. Coordinate with field operations teams to maintain strict project timelines and high productivity standards. Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following all site-specific safety protocols and industry regulations. Operate specialized tools and equipment to fabricate and install architectural wood and Marlite components. Mentor junior installers by demonstrating advanced techniques and fostering a culture of pride in craftsmanship. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in ceiling grid and acoustical installation. Proven track record as a dependable and extremely productive installation professional. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on field environment. Strong technical proficiency in reading commercial construction documents and specifications. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience with specialty products such as architectural wood, Marlite, and advanced acoustical treatments. Prior experience working on high-profile commercial or government federal projects. A motivated, self-starter attitude with a focus on building a long-term career in carpentry and millwork.
