O&M and Commissioning Tech

We are hiring an O&M and Commissioning Technician 2 to support the operation, maintenance, and commissioning of commercial solar systems. This role works alongside a lead technician to ensure systems are safely brought online and performing at peak efficiency. Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective service on solar systems Support commissioning (pre- and post-energization) Conduct punch list walks and inspections Document work performed and generate reports Assist with warranty, repower, and EPC project support as needed

Requirements:

4+ years of commercial electrical experience (solar preferred) Journeyman electrician license (or equivalent) Experience with test equipment and electrical drawings

OSHA 30 & NFPA 70E

preferred Procore experience a plus Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Valid driver's license (clean record) Willing to travel 100% and work outdoors Must pass background check and drug screening
