Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Service Technician
  • Solar to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems. Provide electrical solutions and support for residential solar installations. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely updates and efficient workflow. Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting using Salesforce Field Services. Deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in the residential solar industry, with expertise in troubleshooting and providing electrical solutions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with SolarEdge and Enphase systems; battery experience is a plus.
Licensing:
Electrical Licensing preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Software Proficiency:
Experience using Salesforce Field Services is advantageous.
Certifications:
OSHA-10 certification and a general understanding of overall safety requirements.
Other Requirements:
Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and collaborate with teammates on field and project status.
Driver's License:
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet the criteria to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy.
