Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoYou'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Assist with the setup and installation of solar panels and related equipment
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
• Operate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installation
• Assist with material inventory and job site logistics
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Travel frequently to project sites, including overnight staysQualificationsQualificationsYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.

Successful candidates typically bring:

Pay Range:

$20

• 35 per hour plus per diem, travel incentive opportunities, and overtime eligibility Prevailing wage may apply depending on project location.
