Position Overview:

We are seeking solar installers to assist our electricians and installation teams. This role is perfect for someone looking to start or grow a career in electrical work while gaining hands-on experience. You will be involved in all parts of the installation process from the job layout, the physical installation of the racking and rails, the installation of the panels and conduit, and job clean-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation including measuring and cutting rails, marking out the roof, and preparing material Carry and install rails, solar panels, and conduit on residential and commercial properties Perform quality checks to ensure all systems are properly installed and operating efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and materials are properly managed. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to protect yourself and team members. Assist the main electrician with electrical connections and troubleshooting when needed. Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns courteously.

Qualifications:

MUST be comfortable with heights and working on roofs, please seriously consider this before applying. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Physical fitness and capability to lift, carry, and manipulate heavy objects as required. Teamwork and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
