Installer/Technician Company Overview:

Position Summary:
As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of overhead doors and dock equipment. We are looking for hard-working individuals who are ready to learn and grow within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Install overhead doors and dock equipment according to company standards and customer specifications. Work effectively in various climate conditions. Perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds consistently. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Follow proper saftey protocol on a daily basis Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site to ensure smooth installation processes. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, adapt and take direction ; previous experience is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license (preferred).
Compensation:
Hourly wage starting at $18.00, with no experience. Training will be provided for candidates eager to learn.
Work Environment:
This position involves manual labor and requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Includes working at heights.
