Kansas City & St. Louis Duties Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial rooftops and ground mounts Assemble and mount solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical diagrams Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and company guidelines Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and basic electrical work Work closely with electricians and project managers to complete installations on schedule Maintain a clean and organized job site while following strict safety protocols Conduct routine maintenance and system checks as needed Skills Hands-on experience in solar installation, roofing, or construction environments Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV components Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions Proficiency with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable team player with good communication skills OSHA certification or safety training is a plus Performance Expectations Complete 100% of assigned installations on time and to standard Maintain a 95%+ quality and safety compliance rate Ensure accurate documentation for permits, inspections, and project closeouts Minimize rework through precision and attention to detail Required Experience 1-3+ years of experience in solar installation, roofing, construction, or electrical work Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Experience with PV systems is a strong advantage Ready to Wire your Future?
