Job Description

Job Overview Join our growing dynamic team at All Home Improvement as a Solar Technician and become a vital part of advancing renewable energy solutions! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems on residential sites. Your expertise will help deliver clean, efficient energy to communities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that make a real difference for our environment and future. Responsibilities Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related electrical components following blueprints and schematics with precision. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar PV systems, including inverters and battery storage. Troublesoot and fix performance and equipment issues. Inspect sites and systems to make sure everything meets safety and quality standards. Keep clear records of all work and system performance. Work closely with the installation team to provide technical support when needed. Stay up to date on solar technology and best practices. Some overnight travel will be expected. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical or electrical certifications are a bonus) 1-2 years of experience in solar installation or maintenance. Good understanding of electrical systems and NEC codes. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
