Crew Lead Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of solar installers in the efficient and timely completion of solar projects Coordinate with project managers and communicate project requirements to the crew Oversee the installation process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Train and mentor junior team members Collaborate with other departments to optimize project efficiency and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar installations Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans and specifications In-depth knowledge of solar installation techniques and best practices Familiarity with electrical systems and relevant codes and regulations Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license Position 2: Solar Installer -

Roof Lead Responsibilities:

Lead a team in the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial roofs Conduct thorough roof assessments and identify any necessary repairs or modifications Collaborate with the crew lead and project managers to develop installation plans Ensure the proper mounting and secure attachment of solar panels Install and connect electrical wiring between panels and inverters Conduct quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the installation Train and mentor junior team members

Requirements:
