We recently expanded our electrical division by bringing on an experienced Master Electrician , and we're looking for the right individual to work alongside him full-time. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your electrical career while gaining experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of the industry—solar energy, battery backup systems, and residential electrical services. Whether you already have solar experience (preferred) or are looking to learn, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. What You'll Do Every day brings something different.

Responsibilities include:

Residential electrical service work and troubleshooting Solar installation electrical work Solar system service and maintenance Battery backup installations (Enphase and other systems) Main electrical panel upgrades New construction solar rough-ins and preparation EV charger installations Generator electrical connections Assist with residential electrical installations and repairs Deliver quality workmanship while providing outstanding customer service Qualifications 3+ years of electrical experience as an Apprentice or a current Journeyman Electrician license Residential electrical experience preferred Solar experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, on ladders, and on rooftops Valid driver's license with a good driving record Positive attitude and pride in quality workmanship What We Offer $20-$38/hour depending on experience Full-time, year-round employment Paid holidays Paid vacation On-the-job training with an experienced Master Electrician Manufacturer training on industry-leading solar and battery systems Opportunities for advancement as our electrical division continues to grow Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why 603 Solar? 603 Solar is a locally owned New Hampshire company built on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.
